STOP Abusing Your Volunteers and Staff

Pastors and Non-Profit Leaders:
Stop using people point of abuse in the name of ministry and good.
You’re burning out your staff. Breaking your volunteers. Building platforms instead of people—and calling it obedience.

God didn’t call you to build your brand. He called you to shepherd souls and help people in need.

Ministry is not an excuse for manipulation. Kingdom work should not leave people emotionally wrecked, spiritually wounded, or discarded when they no longer serve your vision.

If your “calling” is costing people their peace, their families, or their mental health—it’s not God’s work.

It’s time to repent.
It’s time to lead with integrity.
It’s time to stop confusing ambition with anointing.
